With Bonnaroo line-up coming out today it is time for the rumors to start.

Jeff Beck
John Mayer
David Gray
The Flaming Lips(Dark Side of the Moon)
Vampire Weekend

Based off who is on tour and who is playing Bonnaroo and Coachella.

I am sure they will book some British singing that will back out, i.e. Duffy, Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, etc...

if ACL doesn't go wild on their lienup for 2010, i will be really angry to avouid this i suggest:
Bush , gorillaz, radiohead, arcade fire , manu chao,the xx , delphic , mutemath ,mew , sonic youth , devo , mgmt , raconteurs , echo and the bunnymen , ra ra riot.

with the strokes announcing a tentative release date, for their new album in september and a summer tour to go along,which will include festival dates, I think it is a distinct possibility that we may get The Strokes as one of the headliners at ACL 2010! This equals awesome if it comes to fruition.

I'm glad someone else thinks the strokes are a possible headliner. It's just a perfect setup to have them on the bill.

I'm also expecting gorillaz and possibly neil young?

Sonic youth too on the count that lee injured himself last year and they were unable to play.

I'm surprised Soundgarden isn't scheduled for Coachella or Bonnaroo. Chris Cornell announced that their 12 year hiatus is over, and there has been speculation that they'd be doing the festival circuit. I would expect them to at least play Lollapalooza, and perhaps ACL...

Except for the fact that a lot of those bands DID play ACL LAST YEAR!

Dude, I am pretty sure only 1 of those bands were at ACL last year.and I am pretty positive RADIOHEAD nor GORILLAZ has EVER BEEN THERE!

Paul Simon could play. He has never played ACL the TV show, maybe this is the year that he plays both.

Spoke to Jack White last year -- Dead Weather!!! smoked. he said he would be back solo but ..... looks like Meg amy get another chance to redeem herself with White Strips starting back up.....JACK WILL BE BACK THOUGH

Schwagg,

It will be hard for Soundgarden to put together an extensive tour since Matt Cameron’s new commitment is our band. We'll be spending 2/3 of this summer playing festivals in Europe. Cross your fingers for some Harrybu McCage at ACL and your dreams may come true.
