i think this is the beauty of the acl fest. many different types of bands for many tastes. and i have many tastes.

if one band doesn't quite turn you on, walk on over to another stage.

It does seem like there is something missing..
but I have found out Volta (Fri) Beck (Sat) Foo (Sun)

mars volta had trouble selling out austin music hall, good luck selling out zilker park with those headliners

I dig it...but I do think there will be surprises in the lineup since they released it so early.....
I really don't think Mars Volta will headline a night.....but who knows....it's already close to selling out.......maybe the chicago festival is getting more important to the press....

Some lively times and hard drinking during the day and an early exit in the fine air conditioned buses in the evening....

Maybe stubbs will get some cool runoff shows...

Im sure on the night that Mars headlines a stage, Robert Plant will play opposite...
