I'm betting that they will be there. Nothing to back it up other than a few killer SXSW shows (especially at Club Deville) and the fact that they are touring a lot.

Also, I hope the Decemberists return!

the decemberists are okay, but nothing i'd clap my hands or say yeah about. but i guess they're getting pretty popular, so i'm sure some others will be that excited about it if its true.
