Hey did anyone see ME tv last nite channel 15?...they had this hour all about acl festival and they had charles attal and another guy last name jones....they ran thru the list of bands and talked about how they book the bands and how they r friends with ben harper...charles attal said something funny like he goes online to all the "acl rumor boards and reads all the posts"...something like its "hard to not reveal anything soon" found that pretty intresting...oh and they take 2 weeks off after each acl and then they start to work on the next years event....anybody else see this??? They said Van Morrison had been talked about early on in the year but they didnt think they would get him cuz his tour was booked but it worked out and attal said something like it was the quickest they have ever booked a headliner before usually it takes awhile but it only took 2 weeks something like that.
