I agree with the quote above, I don't see why anybody with ACL is going to take the time to mess with this board (as opposed to the official ACL website). Certain things in the posts of acl06 seem odd. He very well may be legit, but I would bet not. Even if he is fake, he may still be correct.

Nice way of putting it Malone...that's all very true. Like I said before, I myself am hoping for my claims to be true, but even if they're not, ACL is still going to be good. Not Great, but good.

On my way to work this morning, Andy Langer (from "The Next Big Thing) was on 101-X and was talking with Mike and Jason the morning show hosts, and Langer himself said that Radiohead is a "no go"...I dont know if Langer was just trying to keep stuff a secret (Which I hope he was) but he did mention more than once that Radiohead will not be at ACL. But then again, could Andy Langer be playng a game with people??

actually, rhcp looks like a good go, see they have no tour dates in texas, anywhere. and they have 2 weeks free with aclfest being in the middle of those weeks. plus, a local paper that has been keeping up on acl news said they new the headliner and also said that they would be "red hot" very good chances. but nohing for sure.
